Congratulations Lara! What wonderful news. You must be so excited but you must have had the baby by now? Or just about due, anyway. If you have had the Bub I hope all went well and if you are about to go into hospital for the birth, I wish you a safe and healthy delivery.

Now, back to our orphaned blogs. Is it a good idea to leave them up or should they be taken down?

I completely understand! I’ve been having the same issue with my blog.

With a five year old and five month old, it’s hard to find time to blog for pleasure. When I do, I’m not sure whether to incorporate some of my family life, or keep it focused on social media and Web development.

I’m looking forward to seeing the new direction of your blog take shape. Congratulations on baby Zoe!

First of all, don’t beat yourself up over not writing as much. The first goal of a personal blog should be to make you happy – which is what I think you’re doing with this move.
Second, as a fellow “late” parent (my boys arrived when I was 35 & 39) I look forward to what you have to say. The challenges are different for us, for better and for worse. But children are definitely worth it!
